Robert L. Iola, Jr., CLU, ChFC
President
Robert founded The Iola Financial Group and IFG Business Strategies in 1990 to provide cutting edge solutions to the financial challenges faced by successful families and business owners. He is the architect of the Total Wealth Solution™, a comprehensive approach to goal setting, challenge recognition and strategic attainment of client objectives.
For more than two decades Robert has worked as a financial coach and educator, helping his clients to increase wealth, protect it from confiscation, and pass it on to future generations. In addition, Robert has repeatedly shown his clients how to defend their wealth during some of the worst financial markets in history.
As a part of his ongoing commitment to provide the most comprehensive financial advice to his clients, Robert has earned both the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations.
Robert earned his BBA at Lehigh University. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association, NALU (NAIFA), and the Society of Financial Services Professionals.
Maureen Rushin
Director of Operations
Maureen oversees the internal operations of all departments. She is also in charge of client service.
She has 25 years of experience in managing small businesses and motivating / leading employees.
Prior to joining The Iola Financial Group in 1996, she managed a law office, had a successful real estate career and built a successful retail business with her husband.
She is insurance licensed and is a notary public.
Kathleen Iola
Director of Marketing
Kathleen is in charge of all marketing functions including our website, printed materials, office technology and supervision of telemarketing staff and our interns.
She brings 20 years of experience in creative development and marketing of television shows (WWOR-TV News, Friends, ER), movies (True Lies, The Prophecy, Wyatt Earp) and video games to her duties in shaping the public image of our firm. Prior to joining The Iola Financial Group she co-owned an award winning animation & DVD production company.
She earned her BFA from Pratt Institute, in Brooklyn New York.
Geri Mooney
Executive Assistant
Geri is responsible for all scheduling, correspondence, special projects and client contact on behalf of Robert Iola.
She brings a wealth of sales and business management expertise to her role as executive assistant. Her 20 years of experience both in front of the public and behind the scenes in a variety of businesses makes her uniquely suited to the changing demands of The Iola Financial Group.
Geri earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Bridgeport.
